New Feature Highlights
In this revision we have introduced the “No-Show” (or three strikes and out!) policy. This is a new feature available with Exchange 2007, 2010 and 2013 systems. It tracks when users fail to check into recurring meetings and issues a warning. If the user misses three check-ins, the system will automatically delete all further occurrences of that booking. This optional policy is one of many ResourceXpress features that helps customers eliminate no-shows and optimize resource usage.
We have also created a new unregistered Qubi Device view to simplify the back end administration and management of devices. This view lists any unknown Qubi devices and allows them to be quickly assigned to an available Qubi profile.
Again to assist and simplify the back end administration we have improved the server host name field. Now, when the server host name is updated, matching resource profiles will auto-update to match.
For full details of these and other features contained in this revision you can download the full release notes in Adobe PDF format here.
It was a great pleasure working with QED, the whole experience was wonderful and pleasant. I had a great time deploying the QX and Aura! I will not hesitate to recommend QED products when the opportunity arises.
