1. Maps is a powerful new feature which allows users to display 2D images of their building, much like a floorplan, but with enhanced usability. This improved user interface includes the ability to pan and zoom, as well as being able to filter through multiple floors, buildings and even countries in order to find the desired workspace. Maps are part of the new Q-Kiosk interface and are also mobile friendly.
2. A new room screen named “Astro” is now available, featuring redesigned animation and transitions. This theme provides a more visually pleasing experience and serves to reassure users that the system is progressing with action progress indicators. Optional future day bookings are also available using the new theme. Astro is offered as an alternative to using the standard “Neo” room screen theme (note: using the Astro theme on the Q10 LED screen will require RX Client 5.0 for Windows).
3. It is now optional as to whether the booking system is updated with a new meeting time whenever a meeting is checked into earlier than the original meeting start time. When this is turned off, the meeting times in the booking system will not be altered, which is useful in systems where booking system response latency is important.
