We are actively monitoring the potential impact of the CrowdStrike update on the RX SaaS environment. As it stands, we are not aware of any ongoing impact and are assured that CrowdStrike is not running on the Azure PaaS components used to host RX SaaS.

RX SaaS does rely on customer dependencies to function correctly such as 3rd party booking systems, Active Directory, M365 (Exchange Online) and customer supplied SMTP servers. If any of these systems are affected by the issue it could impact the RX application in the form of error messages, failed synchronisation processes and mail send failures.

We will continue to monitor the cloud platform so we can detect and react to any potential issues as soon as possible. This information is not applicable for customers who self host (on-premise or virtually) their ResourceXpress application. However it should be noted that they may be affected by 3rd party dependencies.
