Overall: We’ve been able to better manage critical space and resources- which has become even more key post covid world where staff have needed to book desks and be assured of getting a space to work before travelling in to the office.Pros: We have been using ResourceXpress for years now, and have always found it straightforward and easy to both use to manage our own room and desk booking, but also flexible to suit changing needs of the business. Recently the mobile app has been very useful enabling staff to locate and book a desk before planning a trip to an office.
Overall: We had the need to deploy an efficient solution for proper management of meeting rooms booking. Nowadays, here open/ collaborative spaces and meeting rooms have become the “new-normal” for facilities, having an easy-to-use & deploy solution was a very smart choice for us. The business did not even had to be trained due to its simplicity of use. The integration with our native G-calendar was also a key success from a UX perspective.Pros: It’s ease of utilization. Also, the look-&-feel offers a high-end perception for our business. It is great, but it also looks great.
